DESCRIPTION:
This Coffee was founded to bring great coffee from some of the best coffee growers in the
world to our customers at a reasonable price. We work with farmers who have
dedicated their lives to growing the perfect bean, and expert roasters that
obsess over the details to make each bean as delicious as possible. To say
we eat, sleep, and drink coffee would be technically incorrect because you
can't eat or sleep coffee, but trust us we've tried. We love the coffee we
make and we think you will too.
Great coffee starts with cold filtered water. Select the correct grind for your brewing
method (French press, pour over, drip, etc) and grind your coffee just before brewing.
As a rule of thumb, use 2 tablespoons of grounds per 6-ounces of water, but some
rules are made to be broken (or at least adjusted for taste).
BREWING TIP: When placing the filter in the cone, be sure the folds face away from
the drain hole. After rinsing the filter, pour the rinse water out of the side opposite the
spout and check to make sure the filter is still suctioned to the wall of the cone with
no air pockets.
STORAGE: Once your beans are opened, store them in an airtight container tat you keep in a cool,
dry place. If you want the beans and your coffee to taste their best, which of course you do, grind them
just before you atart brewing.
