DESCRIPTION:

Pork Rub is a mix for pork meat that is simultaneously sweet and hot and that can let you obtain a bark beyond expectations.

This rub is made of honey 100% from Abruzzo that offers a golden colouring without being too sweet, combined with the purest existing brown sugar – muscovado. Paprika joins these two ingredients and, thanks to its structure, makes meat get an amber red colour.

Pork Rub has a very thin texture, which makes it particularly easy to be sprinkled and rubbed over meat. It is also a perfect rub for long cooking, when honey and brown sugar can be perfectly caramelised without burning.
