BBQ King CARBON Rub is a unique black seasoning blend made with vegetable charcoal, premium black garlic from Voghiera DOP,
and Alpine butter powder. It delivers a deep, balanced savory taste with subtle balsamic and licorice notes, while creating
an impressive dark bark and striking presentation on grilled foods. Its fine texture ensures even coverage and helps develop
a flavorful crust without overpowering the natural taste of the meat.
Carbon Rub, the completely black rub by BBQ King, combines vegetal coal and an ingredient that has been awarded and envied worldwide: black garlic from Voghiera.
When it is picked up and still white, this garlic is naturally brewed for 60 days, getting balsamic scents and umami, as well as liquorice flavours. This happens without additives, preservatives or yeasts.
The central ingredient is powdered butter from the Alps, which gives softness to the meat and amalgamates the rubs components.
Carbon Rub is gifted with a very thin and homogeneous texture that creates a fine bark, as well as a balanced and absolutely non-invasive taste.
